Polycarp is an accomplished Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds the Associate status of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Cape Town, his academic journey is extensive, boasting a Master’s in Intellectual Property from the WIPO Academy-ARIPO-Africa University (Joint Masters), a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Environmental Law from the University of Cape Town, a Post-Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi.
His legal expertise spans diverse domains including Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Energy Law, Environmental Law, and Climate Change Law. Polycarp is equally proficient in consultancy and advisory roles, contributing significantly to academia, research, and litigation.
