Abdullahi Khalif is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, an accredited mediator, and the Managing Partner of A.A. Khalif Advocates LLP. He leads the firm’s corporate advisory and strategic litigation practice, advising institutions, corporate clients, and general counsel on high-value transactions, regulatory matters, and complex commercial disputes.

He also serves as a Board Member of the Equalization Fund Advisory Board, where he represents the Kenyan Parliament. In this capacity, he advises the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury on the equitable distribution of the Equalization Fund to support marginalized regions.

Abdullahi holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Nairobi.
